🐾 What pets do you board?

Dogs of all sizes (small, medium, and large), plus guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, and other small pets. We're one of the few places that happily welcomes small furry friends!

🩺 What vaccinations do you require?

Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella (kennel cough) — please bring proof at drop-off. Small pets simply need to be healthy and free of any signs of illness. See our Boarding Policies & Requirements for full details.

📅 How do I book a stay?

Head to our Book page — you can check availability and reserve online, or fill out the pet intake form. We personally review and confirm every request, and a 25% deposit holds your reservation.

⏰ What are your check-in and pick-up times?

Check-in is before 11am, and pick-up is by 11am the next day.

🎒 What should I bring?

Your pet's usual food, hay, and treats (owner-provided only), any medications with clear instructions, and a comfort item if you'd like. For dogs, please bring vaccination records.

💲 How much does it cost?

Small pets $20/night, small dogs $30/night, and medium & large dogs $45/night. See our Rates page for the full breakdown.

📸 Will I get updates while my pet stays?

Yes! We send adorable daily photo updates so you're never left wondering how your furry family member is doing.

🏡 How do you keep pets safe and comfortable?

Every guest gets their own safe, separate, climate-controlled space indoors, plus supervised time in our secure turf yard. We follow your pet's home diet and routine as closely as possible.

💊 Can you give my pet medications?

Absolutely — just provide the medication with clear dosing instructions and note it on your intake form.

🚑 What happens in an emergency?

We'll seek veterinary care right away and contact you as soon as possible. Per our policies, owners are responsible for any related vet costs.

🗓 What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.

🐹 Do you offer daycare?

Right now we focus on overnight boarding only.
