Boarding Policies & Requirements
Everything you need to know before your pet’s stay. Please review these before booking — they help keep every guest safe, healthy, and happy.
🩺 Vaccination & Health Requirements
Dogs
- Current Rabies vaccination
- Current DHPP (Distemper / Parvo)
- Current Bordetella (kennel cough)
- On flea & tick prevention and free of fleas, ticks, and contagious conditions
Please bring proof of vaccinations at or before drop-off.
Guinea Pigs, Rabbits & Small Pets
- Healthy and showing no signs of illness (respiratory issues, mites, diarrhea, etc.)
- Owner provides their pet’s usual hay, food, and any supplies
For the safety of all our guests, we reserve the right to decline any pet showing signs of illness or aggression.
📅 Deposit & Cancellation
Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the balance due at drop-off.
Cancellations: Please give at least 72 hours (3 days) notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours of drop-off may forfeit the deposit.
Hours: Check-in before 11am · Pick-up by 11am the next day.
🐾 Care & Liability Agreement
By booking with GuinEE-Mania & Friends Resort, the pet owner agrees to the following:
- My pet is healthy, current on all required vaccinations, and free of contagious conditions and parasites.
- I understand that boarding carries inherent risks. GuinEE-Mania & Friends Resort provides attentive care in good faith and is not liable for illness, injury, escape, or death of my pet except in cases of gross negligence.
- In a medical emergency, I authorize the resort to seek veterinary care for my pet, and I agree to be responsible for all related costs.
- I am responsible for any property damage or injury to people or animals caused by my pet.
- I have provided accurate information about my pet’s health, diet, medications, and behavior, and the resort will follow my home-care instructions. Treats and food are owner-provided.
